Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via Fedex International Priority from our headquarters in Bali, Indonesia.
To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday 10am-3pm GMT +8, excluding holidays.
SHIVALOKA cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays, breakage or loss incurred during the shipping period.
PLEASE NOTE: International shipping charges do not include taxes and duties. Please contact your country’s customs office for more information on these fees. SHIVALOKA is not responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred while shipping. For jewelry sent to us for repair, these charges will be billed to you.
A shipping confirmation with your Fedex tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
