Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped either via EMS Speed post Indonesia or TNT World Express, depending on the choice of shipping you choose, from our headquarters in Bali, Indonesia.

To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to two business days to process your order for shipment. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday 10am-3pm GMT +8, excluding holidays.

SHIVALOKA is not responsible for unanticipated delays, breakage or loss incurred during the shipping period.

PLEASE NOTE: International shipping charges do not include any applicable import taxes and duty fees. Please contact your country’s customs office for more information on these fees. SHIVALOKA is not responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred while shipping. For jewelry sent to us for repair, these charges will be billed to you.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation with your EMS or TNT tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

If you don’t receive a shipping notification within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us at ask@shivaloka-bali.com regarding your shipping status and tracking number.

 

Countries we don’t service

There are a number of countries we do not ship to due to customs regulations:

India, China, Brazil, Peru, Argentina, Venezuela, Pakistan, Russia, Afganistan, Irak, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Burma, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falklands, Rumania
