Return Policy

Order Cancellations

All sales are final. Cancellation of orders are only possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched from Bali, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. Refusal to receive the order and/or not pay for custom duties & taxes in your country will result in return of the order. In this case, SHIVALOKA will charge customer for any applicable shipping costs and any applicable import duty taxes to Indonesia for return of shipment.

Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final. For online purchases, Shivaloka will accept merchandise in its original condition for an exchange when accompanied by the original sales slip and a written claim is made within 3 days of purchase.

For energetic reasons, we will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Full-priced merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 10 days from date of delivery; however, sale merchandise cannot be exchanged.

Online purchases may not be returned/exchanged at Shivaloka stores or other wholesale distributors. Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund. Exchanges for another product is subject to availability of the requested new product.

Every effort will be made to ensure an exchange and an email notification will be sent once the exchange has been processed.
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via Fedex or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that a customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. SHIVALOKA will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in SHIVALOKA’s sole discretion.
