Repairs

SHIVALOKA offers a repair service for SHIVALOKA jewelry purchased from a SHIVALOKA authorized point of distribution. Please first email our customer care team at ask@shivaloka-bali.com to assist you in the necessary steps to process your repair request.

Please enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information, and original sales slip. We recommend that you package the item securely and ship it via insured mail. Please allow up to 14 days for a repair assessment. Detailed repair information and repair charge estimate will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed. Shivaloka offers a 30-day warranty on the jewelry (stretchy bracelets are excluded from warranty), and for breakage that requires repair within the warranty period, all repairs are free. For any repairs after the warranty expires, we charge a minimal fee that will be determined upon assessment.
